Born and raised on Cape Cod, Richard is a third-generation remodeling contractor with a lifetime of hands-on building experience. Since founding IHS in 2002, he’s been committed to combining traditional craftsmanship with modern building techniques. Richard leads every project with a hands-on approach to ensure it’s done right—the first time—and takes pride in delivering results that not only meet, but exceed, client expectations.

Hanna joined IHS in 2018, bringing her strong background in business management and client relations. She’s the friendly, organized voice that guides clients from their first consultation to the final walkthrough. Hanna ensures communication is clear, schedules are met, and every homeowner feels supported throughout the remodeling process.
