Richard is a licensed builder and home improvement contractor, born and raised on Cape Cod. He is a third generation kitchen and bathroom remodeling contractor with decades of experience in residential and light commercial construction.
Richard has always been passionate about construction. He grew up on job sites and knew from an early age that construction was his calling.
Richard has been working relentlessly on mastering his skills and building a good reputation in this very competitive industry. His straightforward personality, and unwavering commitment to quality, integrity, and hard work, have made IHS a company that keeps customers for life.
Hanna Piarfilava
Co-Owner
Office Manager
Hanna is an experienced office and sales manager. She graduated summa cum laude with BS degree in Business Management.
Hanna gained invaluable experience working in hospitality and telecommunication industries for over a decade. She excelled in her career, while earning her degree and helping her husband build and grow IHS.
Hanna has officially joined IHS as Richard's business partner and office manager in 2018, and has played an integral part in making the company what it is today.
