This full house renovation is one of our favorites. We have set out to turn this old family ranch just minutes away from Craigville Beach into a perfect "Forever Home" for a wonderful family. The project included designing and building 2nd floor master suite addition, extending sunroom addition and incorporating it into the house, all new doors/windows/roof/siding, deck, re-designing
floor plan, finishing the basement, new kitchen, bathrooms, HVAC system, plumbing, electrical, flooring, painting and more.
This bathroom has all the coastal charm of Cape Cod, from shiplap on walls and ceiling to custom made nautical shelves and décor. It also offers some modern and practical elements, like large format tile with minimal grout lines, brushed brass accents and large ventilated skylight.
We are excited to share this ultimate Cape Cod vacation home transformation, located in a historic beautiful neighborhood, just seconds away from Gray Gables beach.
This house was purchased by a great family that enjoys entertaining extended family and friends, so our goal was to turn this dated chopped up house into a comfortable and spacious summer home, where the entire family can gather and unwind after a long day at the beach.
